We begin with an intake session to gather background information, discuss your concerns in depth, and guide the evaluation process.
Step Two
Assessment
We conduct comprehensive, individualized assessment sessions — in-person or virtually, based on what best fits your needs. Multiple sessions are included under the flat-rate fee, with additional sessions available as needed.
Step Three
Gathering insight
We gather information from caregivers, teachers, and other providers, and may observe the child at school to understand how they function across settings.
Step Four
Report & feedback
We develop a comprehensive, individualized report that integrates all data sources, summarizes findings, provides diagnostic clarification when appropriate, and offers clear, actionable recommendations for home, school, and clinical support. This is followed by a feedback session to review results, answer questions, and discuss next steps together.
