FAQ & Payment

Answers & payment, made clear.

Everything you might be wondering about how we work, what to expect, and how payment is handled — all in one place.

Do you provide a medical diagnosis?
Yes, when clinically appropriate.
What makes a private evaluation different?
Private-pay evaluations are more comprehensive and individualized, without the limitations of school or insurance guidelines. This allows for a deeper understanding and more personalized recommendations.
Do you accept insurance?
We do not bill insurance directly. As an out-of-network provider, we provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement, depending on your plan.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. We accept CareCredit, which offers flexible payment options to help make services more manageable.
Where are you located, and do you offer virtual services?
Our office is in Elk Grove, CA, and we offer both in-person and virtual sessions based on what best fits your needs.
Who do you work with?
We provide services for young children (ages 0–3), school-age children, teens, adults, and school districts.
Payment

Payment options we accept

We aim to make the payment process as clear and manageable as possible.

Credit & debit cards

Pay securely with any major credit or debit card — the simplest, most familiar option.

Health Savings Account (HSA)

Put pre-tax dollars from your HSA toward eligible services.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

Use pre-tax FSA funds to help cover the cost of care.

CareCredit

A healthcare credit card that lets you spread costs into smaller monthly payments, sometimes with special financing. Entirely optional — if it's a fit, you can learn more or apply through CareCredit.

An independent third-party provider; approval and terms are set by CareCredit.

Insurance & superbills

As an out-of-network provider, we do not bill insurance directly. We provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement, depending on your plan.
